This traditional donburi bowl features a rich, aizome-indigo pattern inspired by the 'Tachibana' - a citrus fruit that gows wild across the forests of Japan, across the outer, matched with a similar trim around the mouth of the bowl, and the base features a rich, russet trim at the base, both offsetting the bowl from a table setting and protecting the porcelein surface. This size is best for shared side-dishes, or as a place setting for one. Being dishwasher and microwave safe, these are durable and easy to care for. Designed and made in Japan.
