These ceramic plates feature an earthen-coloured glaze with a pattern known as 'Kyo Sendan' (A thousand ancient lines) that represents longevity and vitality through its long, unbroken lines. The delicate line pattern is formed in the earliest stages of production, creating a touchable, three-dimensional effect to their finish. This size is best for shared side-dishes, or as a dining plate for one, and features a deeper dished shape. Being dishwasher and microwave safe, these are durable and easy to care for.
